Stocksfield Seniors win team event at NSMGL's 50th Anniversary.

The results are in from the NSMGL's 50th Anniversary Celebration Day and the news is good. The pairings of Lawrence Hardwick/Don Stapleton and Barney Armstrong/Jim Relph finished tied for 2nd on 42 points each, not only a good showing from our 4 boys but that means that Stocksfield have won the team event with 84 points.

We just need a favourable result between Backworth & Hexham on Thursday and we could also win the league for a 3rd consecutive year.
